Band saw improvement #1: serenity at last

For two years I used my Jet Bandsaw with frustration resawing thick wood. My blade was great and sharp but it took forever to rip. I really hated the saw. Then after reading the manual (for the first time) I discovered all I had to do was tighten the drive belt. NIRVANAH, now I can resaw easily. What was a simple fix but because of my know it all attitude almost turned me against using it.
I rip effortlessly and straight now, and I am a happy camper.
